as part of its annual Golf Classic Fundraising Experience.
The Change Agent Awards honor individuals and organizations whose leadership, service, and investment are shaping a more equitable future for women and girls. These honorees uplift communities, challenge inequities, and create pathways for opportunity and growth. As the awards return, Femergy celebrates both legacy and forward momentum, recognizing those whose impact continues to move the work of empowerment forward.

Change Agents are visionaries, advocates, and champions who use their voice, leadership, and resources to create opportunity, remove barriers, and uplift the next generation of women leaders.The Femergy Change Agent Awards honor those whose actions reflect a deep commitment to equity, empowerment, and community impact. From grassroots advocates and rising youth leaders to corporate partners and mission-aligned organizations, these awards spotlight the people and partners moving the work forward.

Community Advocate for Women & Girls Award
Honors an individual of any gender who demonstrates sustained leadership and advocacy in advancing opportunity, equity, and empowerment for women and girls.
This award recognizes a changemaker who consistently shows up through mentorship, service, policy, investment, or advocacy to uplift women and girls and create pathways for leadership, growth, and success.
This honoree:

Leads with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to community
Corporate Champion Award
Recognizes a business or organization that intentionally supports, invests in, and champions women and girls through meaningful and sustained action.
Eligible organizations may be for-profit or nonprofit and must demonstrate measurable impact in Central Ohio or direct support of Femergy’s mission and programs.
This honoree:

Invests resources in women- and girl-centered initiatives

Supports workforce development, education, or leadership pipelines

Rising Change Agent Award (Ages 12–18)
Honors an adolescent girl who is already demonstrating leadership, courage, and a commitment to making a difference in her school, community, or peer circles.
This award celebrates a young leader who leads by example — through academics, community service, activism, athletics, creative expression, or peer leadership — and shows strong potential as a future advocate and changemaker.
This honoree:
