GHRO Your Future is an exploratory program dedicated to the self-development of adolescent girls (grades 6-12). Scholars are given the opportunity to connect, explore, and support each other’s desire for personal growth and enthusiasm to soar in school and in life.

For many girls, this is the first long stay away from home. Building a safe and rewarding community is our number one priority. Our summer residential staff are like older sisters; they stay in the cabin with the girls and shepherd them through the program days, from morning wake-up and mealtime to letter writing and bedtime reflection activities.

EIW is a leadership training and support program for entry-level professionals with the desire to advance, lead, and create change in their careers and community. It is composed of an interactive, thirteen-session curriculum preparing women in the areas of personal development, financial fitness, organizational leadership, board governance, and mental and physical wellness.

Femergy® Gives Back (FGB) is an exploration opportunity with a specific focus on service learning. Service learning includes student leadership, reflective and academic components, and chances for celebration once the service activity has been successfully completed. Students reflect on community needs and ways to help.
