EDUCATION
GHRO is an exploratory program dedicated to the self-development of adolescent girls. The program matches each girl with a mentor to assist her with academic support, career exploration, high school/workforce readiness, confidence, and mental/physical wellness.
Provides scholarships and job opportunities; education on how to build confidence; outreach programs from elementary school to high school; and program fee assistance.
Provides girls interested in STEM opportunities to hone into their skills, grow, and give opportunities to become a student leader.
Provides programming, research, and education focused on girls with a mission to impact girls, educate and support the adult influencers in girls' lives and improve the societal conditions that have the potential to negatively impact girls.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Chica Sports & Fitness Camp (CS&F)
CS&F is a wellness development and life skills program. Girls attend camp and experience Organized Sports, Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness Education, Goal Setting, Stress Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Service Learning, and Positive Body Image.
This organization provides healthy meals for cancer patients along with housecleaning, rides to treatment and peer support.
An online space dedicated to encouraging the mental wellness of Black women and girls. Provides resources to find a therapist, a podcast, a blog, and membership to join their community.
LEADERSHIP
Chica Sports & Fitness Camp (CS&F)
CS&F is a wellness development and life skills program. Girls attend camp and experience Organized Sports, Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness Education, Goal Setting, Stress Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Service Learning, and Positive Body Image.
Nationwide group teaching skills in STEM, the outdoors, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Activities include earning badges, going on trips, exploring science, getting outdoors, and doing community service projects.
Interactive leadership retreats and sessions including self-defense, cyber-safety, and more!

Big Brothers, Big Sisters
Partnering with parents/guardians, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure children achieve higher aspirations, greater confidence, avoidance of risky behaviors, and educational success.
