GHRO Your Future Conference: Frequently Asked Questions
The GHRO Your Future Conference, produced by Femergy, is held in Columbus, Ohio and is designed intentionally for girls in grades 6th -12th. With hands-on workshops and empowering guest speakers, girls get to be totally in charge of their experience. They walk away inspired by what’s possible and with a new belief in their personal power. The 2019 theme is “Be Brave.” Leadership positions are available for recent high school graduates. Ticket cost is $400.00 per person and scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance.

What is the GHRO Your Future Conference?
2019 GHRO Your Future Conference is a five day, overnight exploratory program dedicated to the self-development of adolescent girls. (grades 6-12) Scholars are given the opportunity to connect, explore and support each other’s desire for personal growth and enthusiasm to soar in Business, Art, Science and Technology.
When is the GHRO Your Future Conference?
The conference will be held June 9th -14th , 2019. Check-in will be beginning at 3:00 p.m. on the 9th. The final activity will conclude June 14th at 2:00 p.m.
Where is it?
The conference will take place at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Please note, this conference is hosted/co-executed by the staff and volunteers of Femergy. OSU and it’s affiliates are community partners of Femergy and are not liable or responsible for the GHRO Conference.
What time should I arrive?
6/9/19 Check-In: Please plan to arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m on June 9th. Doors do not open until 3pm. Check-in is located at Blackburn House Victory Room 136 W Woodruff Ave, Columbus, OH 43210.
6/14/19 Pick-up: Please plan to arrive between 10:30 a.m and 11:00 a.m. During this time, you will be collecting your students’ bags as they will need to formally check-out of their dorms. You will then be directed to another area where the closing ceremony will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. You must physically accompany your student during check-in and pick-up. You may park in any nearby parking garage or meter. Please note there are additional fees for parking. Pick-Up is located at Blackburn House Victory Room 136 W Woodruff Ave, Columbus, OH 43210.
What does my ticket price include?
Housing, Food, supplies, conference t-shirt, Femergy mesh backpack, as well as access to all Featured Conference presenters, choice of breakout workshops, resource fair, and of course countless memories!
