This group will run for six weeks with a maximum of eight participants. The group will focus on learning to express emotions in healthy ways through art, building positive connections with peers and practicing emotional regulation.

About the Event
Find different ways to express yourself and communicate through art with decreasing stress and learning self acceptance in one of our six week groups. Each week offers a lesson that builds on the one before with a chance to practice in a variety of art mediums to create a new outlook on life.
