Ready to make a difference in a girls life? GHRO YOUR FUTURE EMPOWERMENT SERIES still needs caring adult women mentors to volunteer.  

Young people should not go through some things alone. We need YOU to step up and become a mentor to a middle or high school girl to show them they CAN when the society tells them they CAN'T.  

As a GHRO mentor, you will:

• Commit to meet with your student at minimum 4 times a year (typically a Saturday from 12:00pm-2:00pm) 
• Work with your student to develop high school and post-high school graduation goals and action plans
• Develop your student's issue spotting and problem-solving skills to help them navigate academic, personal, and professional life circumstances
• Listen, serve as a sounding board, and assist students in living their life by design rather than by default
