About the Event
In partnership with Mindful Retreats, Femergy® Connect: PAUSE is a signature women's wellness and connection experience on October 17, 2026 that brings together professionals, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers for a morning of restoration, meaningful connection, and personal growth.
Designed to encourage women to pause, recharge, and invest in their well-being, the retreat features guided mindfulness practices, restorative movement, reflective activities, holistic wellness experiences, and intentional networking that foster authentic relationships and lasting community. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
More than a retreat, PAUSE reflects Femergy®’s belief that when women are well, connected, and supported, they are better equipped to lead in their careers, strengthen their families, and create positive change throughout their communities.
Proceeds from the event directly support Femergy®’s mission to equip girls and women for economic mobility through leadership development, workforce readiness, mentorship, education, and holistic support services.
