GHRO Your Future serves middle and high school age girls (ages 12-18). We equip these young ladies of influence with the academic skills, leadership development, and social-emotional support they need to overcome social, economic and gender barriers.

Through these activities, girls' school-based education is reinforced and they're empowered to set and achieve their goals, successfully transition from high school to higher education and the workforce, and lay the foundations for happy, healthy futures.

GHRO Your Future also includes a mentorship component to girls who request a mentor to provide social-emotional support, goal-setting guidance, academic support, and more!
How to Get Involved

Read through the program overview with your participant and decide if this is the right fit for her.
Through the program, she'll expand upon her school-based knowledge, explore different career paths, set personal goals, and blossom into a leader in her school and community!

Register your participant for GHRO Your Future programming.
On the registration form, we'll learn more about your participant and what makes her unique! We'll also prepare you for what's to come.
Registration is open annually in August.

Attend the GHRO Your Future Kick-Off!
Once your participant is registered, make sure you add every GHRO programming session to your calendar. GHRO is a cohort-style program where participants thrive with consistency and commitment. We can't wait to meet you at kick-off!
